Sometimes a well thought out website template can be just the ticket to kick start a project. There are many sites with web template demos that I can direct you to. Templates are customisable so we would usually change either the colour scheme or the layout to suit your business and so that you still end up with a web site that is unique to you. Templates are available for whatever purpose you wish, standard html, e-commerce, Joomla! & Flash. I wouldn't recommend a completely Flash website purely from a search engine point of view, but Flash headers are an option and or Flash animations within standard html. Once a website template has been agreed upon the development will follow a similar process to custom-made websites where I will amend the template to your liking. Once confirmed by you, I will put up a test site for you to view and let me know of any changes as the website is being developed. Payment: After initial design approval, I normally ask for half the payment and the other half once the project has been completed.
